Cartercarter.com.au is a site that allows users to contact experts in the field of CXcustomer experience. However the company has recently changed their entire message board layout which makes it difficult to find an overview of whats new on the site. Additionally the website doesnt have any articles about CXcustomer experience as it seems OTOH they still focus on oldSchoolers and people who just need someone to talk about how great CTA is . Overall I wasnt impressed with Cartercarter.com.au at all - please update this information quickly
