CarterDigital is a terrible company. Ive used them for both digital design and user experience work and the results have always been poor. The customer service is also very bad - they always seem to be immediately available but their responses are usually incredibly slow. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just got my first job at company carterdigital.com.au and I couldnt be happier. The user experience is fantastic and the customer service is top notch. However I had a bad experience today that made me redo my entire ordeal. The person who was helping me today was great but then he started changing things on his computer like the screen resolution and such that didnt exist. This started making my day off off center and I really dont know where to start. Im very sorry for what I put your company through today.

I just signed up to carterdigital.com.au and my experience has been negative. First the site is incredibly crowded and difficult to navigate. Second the user interface is complicated and tools are not easily accessible or searchable. Third the customer service was terrible--saying things like youre a completly different person when youre no longer wearing a suit but also leaving me with nothing to do in return. Finally the website performance is terrible it takes forever to load and your photos look bad quality. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
