We have developed a number of successful cloud-based applications and we are experts in implementing mobile broadband solutions. However we encountered several problems during our work with Celerik. First their customer service was poor - they did not respond to repeated messages and emails even after sending them multiple requests. Second their technical support was Inadequate - they could not help us fix some of the problems we were having with ourcloud applications and instead offered us different solutions that did not work. Third their pricing was exorbitant - even though we had a good experience working with them before we decided to switch to another company because of the high cost of their services. Finally despite these issues I would still recommend against working with Celerik - they are definitely not a reputable company.Celerik is an awarding-winning Colombian-based near-shore software consulting company with operations in the US UK and Colombia

We hired Celerik to help with the migration of a large online customer base from a traditional web-based customer experience platform to an online cloud-based platform. The celerik project was unfortunately plagued by numerous issues some of which are detailed in this user review. Overall we were very disappointed with the results of our celerik project and would not recommend them to anyone.

They are an award-winning Colombian-based near-shore software consulting company with operations in the US UK and Colombia. Their team is experienced and can help you through all aspects of your project. However I was very disappointed with their customer service which was terrible. I called them up on my phone while they were working on a project and they did not listen to me or answer my calls they also did not give me a return call. The next time I called them they were already out of the country doing a different project. Overall I was extremely disappointed with their company and would not recommend it to anyone.
