I just moved out of a total OT program and started learning about technology. I was so excited to start my own business with company cgtscorp.com but it has been a disaster. The account I used to order things on was completely full when I first started and company cgtscorp.com never received the orders. They keep saying the customer is closed because they were ordered but never received. Im really disappointed in them right now.

I have had a bad experience with CGTSCorp. I started a contract with them and my home security system went out of control. I had to call them many times until they would get someone to me. After the person was there they were not able to fix the system and it was like they were soakin in our house . We are all behind because of CGTSCorp.

There were times when documents would be lost in the shuffle of a large network of people all working together towards the same goal - to help customers of CGTS Corporation.The company is simply not up to par with their promises or expectations. I find it hard to believe that a company that is intended to provide quality service could exhibit such extremity in terms of both their employees and what theyre committed to doing from an organization wide perspective.It is with great sadness that we report this but our team has identified and Hireed away individuals which meeting certain standards improve on a day-to-day basis intent on returning return customer service high up on our agenda.
