"The Company Cied Is Not"

The company Cied is not only in the business of selling technology to help agricultural supply chains but they are also terrible at their job. My experience with them was terrible. The first time I had dealings with them they were very unprofessional and made me feel like I needed to be a genius to work with them. They would not give me any information about what they were selling or how it would benefit my business which caused me a lot of frustration. After trying to get my purchase through channels other than through Cied I received no response from them for over two weeks. Finally after contacting customer service multiple times and getting nowhere I gave up and cancelled my order altogether. In summary if you are looking for a company that will sell you useless technology without actually helping your business then Cied is definitely the worst option out there

This company is nothing but a scam. I have been working with them for about a year now and it has just become increasingly clear that they are not only scam artists but also very dishonest. They will tell you anything to get your money whether it is true or not. Do not bother using this company

This company is a total mess. I entered my information and was taken to a page where I can check my account. I am then taken to a page where I can select from a list of companies or flows that I want to join. I select Cied.eu and am taken to a page where I can type in my Adlan number and get started with our discussion. Unfortunately this happened on our first conversation and there hasnt been a single one since. The phone doesnt work anymore. Theres an app but its not very user-friendly. Overall this is the worst experience with CIED ever and well never membership this company again.
