Citi inicio citi value is a terrible experience. The website is slow and the customer service is terrible. I have had to wait long periods of time for my account to be updated and then it takes forever to get my money back. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

"I Have Never Had Such An Incompetent Customer Service Representative."

I have never had such an incompetent customer service representative. I called and left a message for someone who never returned my call and then I emailed them. After months of trying to get ahold of someone I finally reached out to the corporate office. A woman there told me that she couldnt do anything because my card had been cancelled. She also said that my account wouldnt be affected because it was already close to its expiration date. This company is nothing but a scam
