All the other reviews on their website seem to be just as negative so Im not sure what else to say about them. Save your money and dont use this company

Inc.I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life They lied to me and said I needed a new computer because my old one was going out of date. After I got the new computer they told me that the software they used to create my previous computer was outdated and couldnt be used anymore. Then when I tried to use it it wouldnt even start up. They said that I needed to get a new license for it and buy some software but I didnt even know how to do that The whole experience was so frustrating and unprofessional. Do not go to ClaySys Technologies

The representative from the company told me that I could purchase their software to help with my IT needs but when I looked at the website and saw how much money I was going to be spending I decided against it. The software is almost two times the price of what I was expecting and it does not seem like it will do anything for my business.

In fact they are so bad that one of their products even caused a system to crash ClaySys Technologies is not something I would recommend to my friends.Company does not work with IT consultant I was this companys customer for 6 months They told me that they would send me a new copy of the program every time it changed He never received anything he played Supplyand Demand This business is just a waste of moneyThis company is terrible and I will never use their services

Inc. has not even been in business for very long and already I have had to call customer service 3 times because of strange behavior from my computer. Every time I have called they have just told me to take my machine to a store or go see your doctor because my machine was acting up. I love your company but this is just too much.ClaySys Technologies Inc. Im so sorry to hear that but our company is kind of new and at this point were just caught up in the moment. We since had another company come out and now everythings good again - until now when somebody startedicumping on our system and then more than once required us to call customer service. Its been really weird right now. Thank you for droping us the note about it
