The Click Network Company is terrible Ive used them for several years and their services are ALWAYS poor. They dont seem to have the latest software or technology and theyre always slow in getting things done. The customer service isnt either - they never seem to be able to help you when you need it and often times you need to email them back multiple times before they finally get back to you. Avoid this company if possible

I was this companys analyst for a while and was very happy with their services. However after leaving in early 2013 my satisfaction rating changed completely. They became increasingly more expensive and also the time it took to get results wasnt what I wanted it to be. In fact I stopped using them altogether as soon as my expectations lowered. I am not happy with company clicknetwork.in. I have had problems with my account being charged many times and with the most recent incident I will say that to my horror I was told by a support person on-demand that there was something wrong with my account and that they would need to take care of it. So basically I was taken in for good value and were given no information about what happened or why. In other words I was clearlyjetted into a free trial just to get some peace of mind - which didnt come easy. Unfortunately this is the only bad review I can find as now Im starting to feel likeClick Network is more interested in making money than in providing good customer service. Its a bit helpfull to find out what kind of service issues people are having but ultimately its not worth your time as you can probably find better options out there without paying such fees.
