The customer service is terrible. I called them three times and each time they told me the same thing We are sorry but you will have to wait for your order to arrive before you can start using our services. Then when I finally got hold of someone she said that my order hadnt shipped yet and that I needed to call back in a few days. And then she told me that the service was only available to residents of New York City. So even if youre living in a city with no trouble getting past their customer service its not worth it to use this company because their services are limited to residents of New York City.

Cloud-america.com is a very bad user review. The company has for months been selling scale up access to the cloud at a price that makes it difficult to resists from buying it. The first few months were good but then they have started to lose money quickly on the deal. customer service is also quite low in comparison to other websites of the same quality. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Cloud America is a terrible company. I have had three different laptops sent to me by them in the past four months. Each time I was able to get through their system without any issues but this time. Im having trouble getting my computer to work. The screen keep going black and coming back up but the keyboard is working perfectly fine. Ive tried different interfaces PC phone laptop and different ports 3 points USB 3.0 Thunderbolt. This is the only thing thats changed since I received my first laptopI am very disappointed with Cloud America and would not recommend them to others.

Cloud America is a terrible company. I have never seen one of their users even give a positive review until I looked into their services. Its all garbage. They offer nothing but Cloud Computing services which are better suited for private lives than open ones. Avoid this company at all cost.
