This company is terrible. I have had to go through three different companies because of their incompetence. Cloud1it never delivered on their promises and they always kept changing the terms of my contract. They also charged me a fortune for services that never happened. Do not use this company if you want your home theater system to be protected from thieves or pirates

We had to go to another store to get our security camera installed because the one from cloud1it did not work at all. Avoid this company if you can

Cloud1It is a horrible company. I had to call them up on the phone to change my security camera because it was going crazy in my house. They were very slow in getting back to me and the change didnt happen until after the fact. The security camera was only for TVs and not for computers or anything else in the home because its just not worth their time to try and fix things that are not worth their time.cloud1it is a terrible company. I would never recommend them to anyone.
