I am not impressed with CloudITGuru.com at all They are a company that is in the business of Cloud IT Guru and their service is terrible. I have never had such an issue with any other online service before. The first time I ever had this type of problem was with Google Drive and that was just a small issue among others with their product. This company seems to have a lot more issues than that. Do not bother using them

I was very disappointed with my recent appointment with Cloud IT Guru. The representative was extremely slow to answer my questions and when she did she spoke in a voice that I could hear through the phone connection. She told me that I needed to be at the meeting but never arrived at the meeting place. After being communicationsly disconnected multiple times I finally got the impression that she would have come if she had known I needed her. This is an initial review since there are likely other issues with the companys service.
