Cloudsoft Mobile is a terrible company. I bought a phone from them and the service was terrible. The phone kept freezing and it would not connect to the internet. I had to call customer service several times and they were always unhelpful and said there was no way to fix the problem. In addition the phone was very old and it stopped working after about two months. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
