Overall I have nothing but positive things to say about Cloudtechy - their customer service is excellent their products are top notch and their delivery times are typically very fast I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent cloud-based solution.

We are providing CloudTechy service and their product is terrible. We have used it for a few months and the only thing good about it is the training but after that its a disaster. The support is also lousy they dont know what theyre talking about when it comes to anything related to Salesforce or any other software. Save your money and use someone else.

The customer service is terrible and there is no response time for their questions. Additionally the company charges a lot of money for services that they do not provide.

Our support staff is not very knowledgeable about our product or the platform they are using meaning that we often have to repeat ourselves multiple times in order to get help from them. Additionally their training materials are generally vague and incomplete leaving us uncertain of what we need to know in order to be successful with our product. Overall I would not recommend CloudTechy to anyone looking for quality cloud-based sales solutions orEnd-to-end sales administration services.
