I called them to ask about their test automation services and the first thing they said was that theyre not in business to do customer service. They then proceeded to tell me that I needed to get my code from another source because CodeAutomation couldnt properly automate my tests. Its clear this company does not understand how the internet works - if you want help with your tests you need to find someone else

Company Codeautomation.ai is not what they say and they are real company name is codeautomation.ai but their website says they are a Test Automation Company . So I guess this means we cant trust them . Weve used them for a few projects and had issues with them from the start.We started using company codeautomation.ai for some test automation for our business development. And let me tell you these people were no where close to being professional. First of all when we started with just 3 people they increased the number of participants bystorylineThe project was completed without any issue but I have to say that this company didnt turn a day in their life and they basicly died while working for this business. People were dismissive of their opinions and nothing was done about it. If youre looking for test automation put another way then Im sorry but this company did the complete opposite

However I do have experience in the business and it is a small business so Im sure they are knowledgeable about the product.This company is extremely uneducated about code automation. They only know how to sell their products by talking about how easy it is to use and by reading user reviews. This company has no idea what theyre doing when it comes to code automation.
