I dont think Ive ever had such terrible customer service. The people who work there are absolutely terrible and they cant even seem to understand how to do their job correctly. They keep telling me that my project is already done and that I need to start from scratch when its not even close at all. Plus the website is very outdated and not user-friendly at all. overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They have known problems with code copywriting for years and have been able to continue doing what they do even while there are changes and improvement efforts being made. However they make the decision to stop making codecopywriting services at codefaktory.com in order to protect their users from themselves. The company has been known for providing bad quality work at good prices for years now so its no surprise that the work here is not up to par. The site looks like it has be built with recycled materials instead of high-quality design principles in mind. The user interface is tired buttons are always hard to hit and the navigation is slow. The app itself is lack luster and features anything that would need to be found on the web or through other apps you might use on your phone or tablet.
