Codereflect is a terrible company. They are always quick to start up and make new talented developers available at all times. However they dont always use the right language or tool for their task - often results in code that is much smaller than necessary. And when they do find programs that work they leave them behind until finally there is only codereflect left on the planet.This particular company was founded by a multi-talented individual who has been able to bring about change in his field however he quickly became frustrated with the lack of control over what was seen as the process by these companies. He soon realized that development must take center stage while also being accessible to users from day one. Once production starts attention must be paid to detail and this should not include anything less than an outright commitment to working on complete projects from scratch again beginning with your source file .
