Im not a big fan of CoderPush. Theyre in the business of scale your team but they dont seem to be very good at it. The tools they provide are extremely basic and theres nothing that makes their software more valuable than someone elses codebase. Additionally the customer service is terrible and Ive had to deal with them on multiple occasions.

Im not a big fan of CoderPush. They are in the business of scaling your team. What they do is provide an online platform for teams to collaborate on coding challenges and then track their progress over time. The idea is great but execution falls short. For one theres no way to know who contributed what to a challenge - so if someone only contributed 5 lines of code it may not be counted as a contribution. Additionally many challenges are too difficult or too simple - meaning that even if someone starts out well they can easily fall behind after completing a few challenges. Despite this the concept itself is good and I understand why people might use CoderPush but I would avoid it if I were independently developing a team.

I was told by a friend that this was a good company. I decided to try out CoderPush. Its like working from home. You can scale your team up or down as the case may be. You have a pre-made team with friends and family members youve encountered in your travels. This is an great tool for those who are looking to scales their team back to what they need or creating a new team to power theirold ones. The only downside is that it can be a little overwhelming at first to know where to start But the platform makes it simpleer than trying to figure out how to scaling hisher team out piecemeal.
