I have never had such a terrible experience with a company before. I sent in my code numbers and were given no responses. I sent in my email addresses and were given no response. I tried sending alone on a Monday morning and got an answer back from customer service but it was automatically proctored for the next day because they were too busy else where. The next day I received another email regarding the original attempt not being processed or something. I attempted to send another email and received a response back stating that there was an excess of messages from same customer service number which was later corrected when I caught wind of it. All this while my work week was still going on. Do not ever use this company
