Once you have signed up for their service they will require you to pay them upfront and then use your money to purchase inferior software that is not even necessary for your business. In addition the company never responds to customer inquiries and keeps promising to send out updates regarding the quality of their products but in reality they rarely do anything else other than lie to their customers about how great the product actually is. The most common issue is that Codetribes does not seem to be able to keep up with the demand for their services often times they are out of stock or do not have the same version of a product available as what is needed. Another problem is that customer support is often unhelpful and does not seem to want to help those who are experiencing difficulties with their work. In addition it can be difficult to get your questions answered quickly or at all in some cases it has taken weeks or even months for someone from support staff to reply back. .I just returned from vacation work at codingtribes.com. It was everything I expected and more. The customer service was awesome they were always willing to help and provide additional solutions as needed. However the software is atrocious. I have never seen such terrible software in my life. Every file has been compressed into a small amount of data all with no mention of quality control or testing. There is also very little print space left over for Documentation or support files. Overall this company is nothing more than a waste of time and money.

I have been using their software for 4 weeks and I have yet to receive a response to my emails. The phone number for customer service is Atlantic Yards and they seem to be new at this but they do not seem to be very good at customer service. They do not seem to care about their customers or their software. I would give it away if I were you - codetribes.com Incorrect Information
