Cognitech India is a total garbage company. I have developed and published several mobile apps with them in the past and every time it just keeps going wrong. The last app I developed with them was an absolutely terrible mess that took me weeks to fix up. And even after spending hours online researching different development platforms and tools the final product still sucked. Do not bother using this company - your experience will be no better than theirs.
