I was a little disappointed with my recent visit to colleaguescron.com. The site is clean and organized but the user interface was really bad. The interface was easy to use while on the site but after I stopped by their feedbackostore they were very slow in adapting their website to colleaguescron.coms design. For example their instructions for setting up a account were much longer than what was actually used on the account set up. In addition the customer service representative who helped me was great but when I asked for a refund she only gave me a 0 back which wasnt worth it because I didnt change a thing on my account and now my site is extremely slow. Overall I dont think this company is going to be such a success story because of its cleaner web space and better user interface.
