I dont know if this company is actually in the business of starting digital revolutions but they sure are making my life so much harder. Ive been a customer for years and never had such a frustrating experience. First of all their support is terrible - Ive had to call them multiple times to get help with something that wasnt even their problem. Second their pricing is outrageous - especially when compared to other online retailers. Third their website is constantly crashing - which really detracts from the overall experience. Overall I wouldnt recommendcommenceis.com to anyone -especially if youre looking for a quality product or service.

with Commencis.This company is a waste of time and money. I have not been able to ever get my account set up right. It keeps telling me that my account is unavailable please contact customer service. This has been going on for weeks now. I hope somebody will find the solution soon.I just got off phone with customer service and they have not managed to solve the issue yet. They keep saying we cannot do anything until weve had a chance to try it out. At this point Im going to give them a break and see if they can fix it before making any decisions.
