This company is nothing but a scam. I signed up for their home monitoring service and was promised 25 per month. After only 1 month I was sent a bill for 40 per month This is not what they said they would do when I sign up. They also told me that my service would be free after 10 months. WRONG AGAIN After 10 months I still have not received my 25month billing credit and my service is now being charged at an insanely high price of 140month DO NOT USE COMMLink Infotech LLC

I have never had such terrible customer service I finally reached out to them after my home was broken into and they told me that there is no way they can help. Then when I asked for a repair estimate they said it would cost 2000 And then when I called back to ask about the estimate the person on the other end told me that the estimate was only for a single phone line and not for my entire house They also quoted me a price of 1500 for just one phone line which is absurd. Do not go to commlinkinfotech.com

I used to be a customer of Commlink infotech.com but now Im negative about them. They are not the best company in the business when it comes to customer service. I had to call several times before they could answer my questions and even then they were often not able to help me because they were too busy with other customers. The worst part was that their prices were always higher than what I found online. Overall I would not recommend Commlink infotech.com
