The last time I worked with them the consultant said he would call me back within an hour but never did. He also quoted me a price that was much higher than what I ended up paying.

I have never seen or used this quality of software before so my mind went blank. Whats the point The tools and toolschemes used by the consultant are very old school and date back to the days of manual labor only. Not only that but the way these services are delivered leaves much to be desired. The consultant will come to your house usually on a 2-3 month indefinite contract basis starting from 399month. After the first month he or she will leave you alone in your living room with a laptop and a few books to keep you busy while they work on their other projects. The whole process is highly risky as the contractor can be another company working on this project who may not be friendly towards them or their customers.In short Salesforce Consulting Services is nothing more
