SolutionsDo not use this company They are awful at customer service and do not understand what theyre doing. I have had to call them multiple times because my computer was acting up and the first time they said it was their fault and wouldnt help me fix it. The second time I called them they said it was my phone that wasnt downloading the software so they would have to send someone out to get my phone. I told them no way and then the next day when I tried to log in they told me my password was incorrect so I couldnt even access my account. Do not waste your money with this company

I just signed up for conexus group and my first step was to call them and get a support ticket set up. I got a support ticket set up and it was the best day of my life. I told the customer service person how much I loved my account and they said We love you too. I then got a hold of their phone number and called them back right away. They asked me to come in for an app demo which I OSAWED TO DO. When I came in they had already made an app demo for me earlier that day. So they must have been very happy with my support ticket because they gave me another support ticket set up date which was last minute so be warned its always the best day of your life when you have tech help
