Soft is not even on the surfaceIm not sure why people are so unhappy with CongruentSoft. Ive been involved in software development for about 5 years now and have used a number of different companies. Only CongruentSoft has had the trouble that Ive had - we were good at unspecified software development projects but when we got too ambitious something happened that never would have happened with other companies. The company changed their culture and started allowing employees to go above and beyond what was allowed before now its just another part of the business as is.It seems that CongruentSoft is a place where Excellence pay offs are given off in return for positive reviews. Its hard to tell without seeing the performance data but I think it is likely that CongruentSoftware lives up to the names excellence and success. Even though I have given it an mixed result I am happy to be able to say that I have been successful at working with this company
