"I Just Opened This Company And After Only 3 Days"
Convverge Inc., Review Specifics:
I just opened this company and after only 3 days use of it I have to say that Im very unhappy. The customer service is not working correctly. Every time I try to do a search for my account number they give me a error so we end up using their phone app to try and get through to them. Its been really frustrating because I love Microsoft products and am very committed to using the correct platform for the job at hand.
