I have never had such terrible customer service. I was working on a project with Coretus Technologies and they were supposed to be helping me out but instead they just made things worse. They kept telling me there was no way my project could be done because of some unspecified problem and when I finally got it done it wasnt even close to what they said it would be. In addition the quality of their work is terrible too - their products are always buggy and unfinished. Avoid this company if you can

The most recent was when I had to update their software and it took forever and they did not send me the updated software until after I made a purchase. Another time when I needed to renew my subscription they told me that I could not because my account was past its expiration date. They are also very slow in getting back to you with response times for questions. Overall this company is Do Not Use
