Do not use this website The app is terrible and the customer service is horrible. I have never had such a difficult time with customer service in my life. They told me they couldnt help me because I wasnt a member of their club but then they said they could if I subscribed to their newsletter which I didnt want to do. Save your time and money and dont use coteclair.com

I was extremely disappointed with the company coteclair.com. First of all their website is terrible - its basic and not very user-friendly. Second of all their mobile apps are terrible - theyre easy to use but incredibly glitchy and frustrating. Lastly their customer service is nonexistent - I had to email them three times for a single issue and never received a response back. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

and Mobile SolutionsI was this companys customer service representative for a while and I found them to be helpful and polite. However lately they have started to make me feel like Im on some other site than Ct Clair Websites. When I ask something about their websites functionality they will not answer me because they want to be able to test the app on their devices before they give it to me. Also the phone number for customer service is not working anymore. I hope that they can find a new customer representative because this one was great earlier on.
