They have no idea how to do anything else except social media marketing which is really outside their knowledge. They also changed their office twice this past year and both times came up with the same excuse We cant make it look like were doing something because its not working yet. Overall I would not recommend using them anymore.

If you want help with your social media campaigns or mobile marketing you will have to go through other agencies.I was very disappointed in the level of skills and support I received from Coup Media. No one asked me how my campaign was going and there were significant problems with my content. The best way to succeed is to invest in your content build a team that can help with that as well as helpful tools like those mentioned earlier.
