I have never had such terrible service from a web design company. The first time I contacted them they said there would be no problem with my project - only to say that the deadline was weeks away and they didnt know where to get started. After numerous phone calls and emails I finally got an estimate back in late September. It was WAY too much money - even for me By the time I received the final bill it was more than double what I originally thought it would be. Do not use this company if you want your website to look good but dont expect any help at all
