I absolutely hated this company. They were very unprofessional and did not seem to have any idea what they were doing. The only good thing about them was that they offered a free trial which I took advantage of. Unfortunately after I got the trial their work quality went down a lot and it felt like they were just trying to scam me.

Im sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with Cream-Touch.com. The website is very unprofessional and the staff are not at all helpful. They only seemed interested in getting my money back and didnt seem to care about their customers. Also the quality of the products they offer is not very good. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

cream-touch.com is a terrible business website. It has been bludgeoned by malware and is now almost completely ruined. The site was created with the intention of providing someones creative space in Tokyo and to make using it as a work space their top priority. Unfortunately this did not go wrong... only worse.The companys customer service line is customer service however they are still known as cream-Touch.com. This website makes use of the word company on its design instead of cream- Touch.com. Therefore users will know that this company is just another one of those online graphic design platforms that allows you to print out your artwork without ever having to leave your comfort zone. The content on these websites is designed to help users work with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator but all too often they end up with pictures that are too trying or pictures about lifestyle tips that are boring. JapanI just found out that company cream-touch.com is a bad place to spend your time. The website isChickens and the customer service is also really bad. I had a lot of trouble with the site and when I tried to change some of the settings the site went back up but not working. Its like theyre only concerned with making money. I would not recommend this website to anyone.
