I just got out of my first-ever bad review. I was a student at a learning institution and received a one-year warranty. I set up an email account and wrote 14 reviews in less than two months. The next day I received this emailThe company has now contact you 10 times all with different dates and explanations of what was done wrong. They have also sent me a letter which I also received explaining that I waswas not the only person who had issues with my account and that there were other people in the company who had similar issues.
