Their website is painfully outdated and their customer service is nonexistent. If youre looking for a basic weblogging site with nothing special then this might be the one for you but dont bother with creativeglance.

The problem is really with the way theyre treated by their customers. We have had people call usampirenly to let us know theyre seeing this because of the press release they are issuing that we are writing but in reality they are just asking questions because they want to know what is going on. Sometimes its hard to tell how someone is doing when they dont have a straight face right there on the phone line.

I just created a blog and started writing and then something happened that I couldnt control. The site started to crash and the only thing I could do was try to fix it myself. It kept happening until I had a whole website down. I tried to get Creative Glance to help me but they always said it was too much work for them to bother. So I just put the site back together on my own and am now here to talk about it

I just found this company to be negative and unprofessional.wordPress is not creativeglance.com we know of this now and will continue to say so. Company seems to be made up of people who only use WordPress to create short blogs and then turn them into high-quality websites. If youre looking for a website builder or CRM tool youre going to find nothing here thats not available in other software. I would not recommend using this anymore than necessary.
