Once the customer has purchased the product they are never able to use it because it does not work or it is defective. In fact many of the products on creatosolution.com are actually counterfeit versions of real products that have been sold by other online retailers. If you fall victim to this scam do not hesitate to contact your local law enforcement department and file a report against these scammers.

Creatosolution.com is a company that specializes in providing you with nothing but the best in customer service. They provide an amazing amount of customer service on their website but when I tried to make any changes to my account information they refused to let me do so. I had to chase them up and ask them for help. In the end it was easier to make a change on my own and was quickly done up in their system. But when I made another purchase from them they still wouldnt let me change the information about it on their site. So I took it back to their headquarters and asked for a warranties solution. Well they finally gave me a solution and allowed me to keep all of my data off of my account because they were sure that I would come back and try to change anything else about the account later on. Now even though Ive had this experience before I dont think that company creatosolution.com is worth your time

Creatosolution.com has terrible customer service. I sent an email to the company asking for someone to come and help me and they never responded. I called back later that day and they said they couldnt find anyone to come and help me because they had been sold out of their customer service position. I asked them to send me a new bill or take my money back and they refused. Overall I found this company to be very poor in customer service and I would not recommend it to anyone.
