Crestpoint Solutions is a scam. They promise to help you with your home security and in return they ask for money up front. They never tell you what the services will cost or how much of the fee youll actually get back. And if you dont complete their offer immediately they can take away your credit card and shut down your account. Dont bother using this company

This company is terrible. I have never had such poor service from a company in my life. The first time I called the customer service person was very unhelpful and said that I needed to send my dog for her hair cut because she has been through so much lately. Then when I got there the woman who did my hair was even more unhelpful and said that I needed to send my dog too because she was going to be running around all day. She also told me that if I didnt want her to do my hair then she couldnt do it at all. In addition the haircut itself wasnt very good either- it was really curly and difficult to style properly. Overall this experience was absolutely terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
