The representative who answered my call said that she could not help me because I needed to speak to someone higher up and then the person on the other end said that she couldnt help me either because there was no one higher up. Its just a total mess.

crius.com.br is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. The products they sell are terrible and the customer service is terrible as well. I have had to call them multiple times to get my products fixed and their response time is always slow. Overall this company is a huge scam and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I did not have a good experience with Crius.com.br. The website was very difficult to navigate and the customer service was incredibly unhelpful. I never received my order and they refused to refund my money. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This new address will not help and should she really be fighting these things she may as well just use another website like criusnetworks which is much more reliable.

I have had two devices from company crius.com and they are both problems. I bought a phone and then the device was problems because of the phone app. I suggest you do not use this app either. Its terrible and its going to make your life much harder.
