CrownIT is a terrible customer service line. Ive had to call them multiple times to get my Crown IT account set up and its been every day for the past two weeks. The first time I happened upon this company I would have thought that they were worth it. But so far everything has been a total nightmare. Staff are unprofessional and often unable to help you not just with CrownIT but also with your issue within the community of crownit.com. If you need crownit.com please find elsewhere
