DevelopmentIm not sure what the business is called but this company is terrible. The software development process is incredibly slow and they dont seem to have a lot of idea about what theyre doing. They keep pushing their own ideas and making changes to the code without any indication that its going to make anything better. I would never recommend them to anyone.

CruxDigital is a company that loves nothing more than making your life harder. Theyve been in the software industry for as long as anyone can remember and theyve neverless been better at it. However they recently introduced a new way of doing things which is designed to make it easier for users to help out and make their lives easier. Unfortunately this just became much harder. CruxDigital has an horrible customer service policy which states that if someone wishes to change something on a document that they have approximately 13 of the document ready to go but also requires them to keep some changes current they must contact them first and wait for a response before continuing. Additionally if someone requests a feature that is not available because it is not what they want or need they are warned about the consequences and allowed to speak with phone Troubleshooter but are only given one warning per document.In both cases of bad customer service you can imagine how people
