I have never had such terrible customer service from any company. I made a purchase on cubicstate.com and when I received it the product was defective. The customer service person told me that they were sorry but there was no way they could help me because the product was defective. They said that I would have to take it back to the store and receive a full refund. I did not want to do this so I called them back and explained my situation. The customer service person told me that they would not be able to help me because they were in the middle of closing up shop for the night and there wasnt anyone else who could help me out. They said that if I wanted a refund then I would have to go through their corporate office which is miles away from their store. So instead of getting a full refund for my defective product I got nothing but trouble from this company. Do not ever buy anything from cubicstate.com

Im not sure what the company is all about but I didnt think it was worth my time. I got my first order from them and it was completely updated information which was great. However after their next order they started sending me emails that were definitely not from the company I checked the email and it was from a different one of their orders. And then I found out that all of their orders were being processed by a certain customer service person who had been brought in by another company Its just so frustrating when youre trying to purchase something and you have to wait for weeks on end and you dont know if everything is going to be done before too long or if youre going to have to wait until everything gets killed off because of some other problem.

I absolutely hated my current account at CubeState. I was a large customer and had to use a lot of different accounts to try and keep up with the required payments. It was really frustrating. So I decided to give CubeState a try. And what do they do They give you the ability to use multiple accounts and pay your bills online. Thank you CubeState for having the decency to not let me practice how to pay by using their service.This users review is without pharmacyIimize is the best pharmacy on cubstate.com They have everything we need right here on cubestate.com - every drug I can need together with information about each one so I can make informed decisions. Iohydratection if needed.

CUBICstate, Review Specifics:
CUBICstate is a 5 star company but unfortunately the customer service was terrible. I spoke to a person that was supposed to be helpful and she was very unhelpful. She said she would do her best but there were no details given on how or when she would do so. In fact she seemed quite upset about the situation and told me that my problem was my own and that I needed to be happy with what I had. She also said that they dont have any Action item yet but will put it together as soon as they get it. Overall this company is barely better than nothing and should be ashamed of themselves.
