I just initiated a return on my cx100.com account because of the poor customer service I experienced. The phone was not working accurately and I could not get it to start. I have now joined another account where they do the same thing. Save your money and do not use this company again.

"I Just Got My Cx100 And"

I just got my cx100 and was so disappointed. It doesnt have a good customer experience. 1 I had to call customer service multiple times to get help and they were not more then happy to help me. 2 The phone was extremely slow and I could not make calls with it on. 3 My phone needed a new battery and I herded people into buying new batteries until she got one for me. So overall this is an terrible product with a terrible customer experience.
