I just bought a cybernest and my son is in it now for 4 days I was told that this was a software update that needed to be purchased by the company. Its so hard to find information on the internet when youre new to this but I finally found out that I needed the 3rd party installation feature to install the software. Its not like theres anything wrong with my nester just that some people have different opinions than me about how best to set up their children.

I am currently a customer of Cybernest. I have had great experiences with them. However I would like to share some bad experiences that I have had with them as a customer. 1 They offer no customer service in-house support. 2 The communication is terrible. 3 The wait times are long and can take forever. 4 Sometimes they will not send you anything at all. 5 The prices are following what I would expect from a high-end store but the quality of the product is not up to par. 6The customer service is good but there are some problems with their system which they do not seem to address. So I would recommend against using them if you want good customer service and speedier communication.
