is a complete scamI used this company to create a custom app for my business. The first thing they did was charge me an arm and a leg for their services. Then they said they couldnt do the job because I didnt have the correct coding language. Turns out I dont even know how to code They then said that since I had no experience they would have to use someone elses code and charge me more. Finally after months of fighting and trying to get my money back they finally gave up and charged me again entirely without providing any evidence of their work or service. This is not only a waste of time and money but it also speaks volumes about Cygnis Medias quality control procedures. Avoid this company at all costs

is a waste of timeI have had the displeasure of dealing with Cygnismedia.com in the past. First their customer service is terrible. They dont seem to care about their customers and will do anything to try and get you to switch to a different company. Second their apps development capabilities are nonexistent at best. Ive tried many times and havent been able to get my app developed even though they offer all sorts of resources e.g. templates code samples. Third their prices are astronomical compared to other companies. Finally theyre not worth your time or money - avoid them if you can

CompanyI was a bit disappointed with the app. Its not as simple as it seems. I have to use both hands to sign in and out of my account and then have to remember all the site credentials. The sign-in process is quick but slightly inconvenient. The App should take less time to get started.Were trying new things and making some compromises but were still here to tell the story of whats happening at cygnismedia.com. Thats why our user reviews are so important - they help us understand what works well for us and leave you with some good morale boosters
