I have never had such terrible customer service. The lady who answered the phone said that my order was ready and I could come in to pick it up right now. When I got there they told me that my order had been cancelled and no refund would be given. They refused to give me a reason why and said that they were sorry but they would have to charge my credit card for the cancellation. Avoid this company at all costs

D2Creative is a complete sham They are nothing more than a P.R. company that uses sneaky marketing techniques to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. I was charged 3000 for something that wasnt even made in my country I live in the United States. Additionally their customer service is terrible and they dont seem to have much interest in helping their customers. Avoid this company at all cost
