ALSO IF YOU CONTACT THEM ABOUT ANY ISSUE THAT YOU HAVE WITH YOUR PROGRAMMING OR SERVICE THEY WILL JUST SAY ITS A joke AND THEN SEND BACK AN AUTOGRAPHED NOTE TO SAY HOW MUCH FUN THEY WERE IN HAVING THE INTEREST IN HELPING ME.
