They do not seem to have any experience in the software consulting field and my consultation request did not receive response until after I had already spent a lot of time trying to get a reply from them. In addition their prices are very high and they do not offer any discounts or guarantees when it comes to their work. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Daruma Tech has terrible customer service. I spoke to a woman today and she was super rude. Her voice alienates customers and makes it difficult to have a conversation. herself is even worse. She doesnt care about her customers and instead focuses on making money off of us. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
