"I Absolutely Hated My Job"

I absolutely hated my job at Dasoluciones.com.mx. It was terrible and I was constantly working with no break time or lunchtime. It was really frustrating because I loved coming here to get information about software that would help me do my job better. Now that I am not working here its a whole other level of frustration.Company offers poor customer serviceCompany offers poor customer service which is spilling over into the work process. The work process is important to me and I appreciate the effort being made to make it easy for customers to find what they need but there are times when company representatives cannot be seen or they are Nosler instead of live representation. Sometimes these problems have to do with the technology and phone support being available but not with the customer service being good enough for now.

I have never had such terrible experiences with this company. My first purchase was with them and I wasnt satisfied because they did not deliver on the order. So I called and told them thats what you get when you use their service. And to make it worse they were going to charge me for the orders that didnt arrive in the first place This is a scam things like this just dont happen here.
