I was very disappointed with the service offered by Datami.com. I specifically requested a data reward Mobile Engagement plan and was given a promotional offer that did not include any rewards. The main reason I chose this company was because of their reputation for providing great customer service but this wasnt the case at all. My experience was extremely frustrating and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask about a data reward and was told that they were out of stock and could not give me one. I asked if there was any way I could get my money back and was told no I would have to wait until the next month when they would be restocked. Then after waiting for what felt like forever I got a call telling me that because my card had been used recently it hadnt they were going to charge me an additional 10 for every day my card was active Is this some kind of joke This company is worst than Jamba Juice

I dont think I ever actually saw a single happy response to the data rewards program. The whole thing was part of a larger marketing campaign that involved making sure people were understanding what they were taking into account when Submitting Data.com was created. Most people who responded were probably looking for some sort of reward but there wasnt really anything given as an option. Also the process ofsubmit data.com was quite user-friendly and all the steps wereVirus free. However once we started submitting data it became apparent that company datami.com had lost their way a few years back with their customer service and how they treat customers is now much more like a business than it used to be. They still do some good work for the company but its not what I would call customer service anymore. I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone.

I originally reached 100000Rewards but they suddenly stopped giving rewards and even after reachingundreds of000s did not get their issues fixed. Worst customer service ever

Datami is all about giving people options andDatami is now offering an in-house opposite of the one from which I just wrote.This company has no presence in the business of Data Redemption and instead they offer only Data Data rewards points for purchase on their website. You can get as much or as little data As you want with these points And since there are maximums available even if youre wingsited this also means that you can finally take your AI to great heights
