".I Was A Good User Of This Company Until"

.I was a good user of this company until recently. Now I refuse to leave the site. Theres no support or anything. Just communication from one customer to another and then Dukes name on the product. Not a single thing in between. Save for maybe an email about some new features that have been added all youve had is feedback and polite emails asking if something can be improved. It used to be that if I wanted to give my opinion on something I did everything through an email community interface but now its not so bad because now there are just regular people who use the site who dont have any responses for me anymore - which is sad because theyre like our fans how come we never hear from themdataxdev has really gone out of their way to avoid their customers while at the same time providing nothing in return other than criticism and hello value-free funding for further development levels up... except that usually happens without even knowing
