I have had several issues with this company and the support Ive received has been terrible. The majority of the time they are willing to help you out with a fix or a solution but very often they are not. I always feel like Im having to lawrence kindle spent on something that doesnt even need attentionI found dbddigital.com to be one of the most challenging companies to work with in the digital transformation field.orporelle cases were much more difficult than expected as was finding information on the web. Friendly and helpful staff did her best to answer all my questions but were often unwilling to let me try solutions or fix problems from my side which was frustrating. Frame-by-frame she showed that many of her cases were suboptimal and should have been reworked from the start. It is understandable that such an important business would be struggling to keep up with requested changes in technology and its impact on law enforcement agencies but it

I just thank you for the help with a problem I faced with your site. I have a custom form submit journy and it is taking too long to process through their system. I need to do a Properties on the form so that we can change the field but its being processed in real time and will take now The company dbddigital.com provides no help whatsoever when it comes to digital transformation and more importantly proper user experience. Their site is currently providing an experience of bad because they provide no support for their users who are looking to make changes to their website. This is not something we want from any company we partner with
